this company is a massive scam. Avoid!

this business will do anything and everything to not allow you to contact them with issues. All contact listings on their site are a merry go round to limbo where nothing will ever go through and you can NEVER contact anyone. drivers frequently claim they are out delivering and blaming business being closed when they are not. WELCOME TO HELL

Company is complete and absolute garbage. You will wait for your delivery weeks and NOTHING will be delivered. Such shit company doesn't have any rights to exist.

Delivery arrived on time on Nov 17th….BUT the instructions ahead of the delivery were not followed. I live in a secured building where you have to contact me so I can give you access. The code to call me was provided. He/She called and hung up on me before I have the chance to buzzed him in therefore he couldn’t get inside and can’t call back. I’m on the 4th floor so by the time I got downstairs trying to recuperate my parcel, he was long gone. A new e-mail sent the day after let me know will be on the 19th. Stayed home but the delivery guy was MIA. Contacted them 4 times and nobody dared to answer except for one email telling me that someone will get in touch with me within 24 hours. Here I am on the 21st, still waiting for my order. At this point I’m pretty sure I lost 200$ worth of clothes. They really should be ashamed of themselves ! Today I wrote to the store I bought my clothes from and let them know how that transporter they’re using is actually….useless.

poor customer service. had three attempts PAST the time i put in on their website for my parcel to be delivered. each time i contacted CS and asked SPECIFICALY for the package to be delivered before my business closed. each time CS said OK! and each time when i checked the status of delivery its HOURS after i asked for the time to be delivered. SHITTY company.. doesn't give ONE crap about you, your package, your cares or concerns.. feeds you the same BS and expects you to take it.. i hate this company!

I ordered my items during the sephora sale and it was suppose to be delivered by Nov 12. I didnt receive it now did I get any updates. Upon putting in an inquiry I received an email saying my parcel is lost and I should call sephora. This is my first experience with the company and I am disappointed .

A truly incompetent company. No support, horrible delivery personelle, etc. Honestly, I have never encountered this level of gross negligence and zero f***s given from any corporation in my entire life.

They’re awful. Don’t care if a package gets delivered or stolen. They’ll drop it off in a random insecure location
