They do deliveries for Nespresso. When they bring your coffee they are suppose to pick up the empty capsules., The driver did not pick up the four bags I had left out for pickup. I called Nespresso right away to report this and they said the would have them picked up. I got 1 email saying they were on their way, then a second one saying that they picked up. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN.... I have emailed them 3 times NO RESPONCE TO any of my emails. If you read the reviews 97% bad reviews. I'm hoping Nespresso will stop using them

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HE CAME TO DELIVER PACKAGE THE FIRST TIME AND WOULD NOT LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD TO DO SO MULTIPLE TIMES. SECOND TIME THEY LEFT IT ON THE SIDEWALK. NOT OUR FRONT PORCH, OUR SIDEWALK. A FEW MORE STEPS AND IT WOULDVE BEEN IN THE RIGHT SPOT IF HE WASNT LAZY. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENDED. IF OUR PACKAGE GETS STOLEN WE WILL BE CONTACTING YOU GUYS AGAIN FOR FULL PAYMENT REFUND.

Hope EBay will stop using them fast!!! They lost my package, and I have 4 others coming!!!!!

When they say 2 day delivery, expect 7. Everytime. You can talk to their useless chat dog or equally useless agents if you have questions you want unresolved. Hope you like your packages dumped in a public area, never delivered to hand let alone your floor or door if you're in a building.

I took an off for work to wait for the delivery. Been waiting for it, expecting gifts for my nephews and nieces. I email they support. They told me im not there and can't drop off the package because its not safe.... im home waiting for it. No one buzz my apt number or called my cp number. They are lying and didnt give much info about my package. Great delivery company... for that 1 star. Thank you very much...

Should be zero stars . Two issues within a month . One delivery to the wrong street / address, one order not delivered at all . No response from them to multiple inquiries

The driver refused to deliver to my apartment building. Told me he wasn't allowed to deliver to apartments. Since when I wonder.

I've been waiting since Dec 19 when my package was shipped. No updates and customer service is not helpful at all. Not sure why the parcel would go from Ont,to Vancouver and then to Regina as I was told also told no up to date tracking until it hits Saskatchewan which is a bloody joke. This company is seriously the worst delivery out there. Not to mention couriers just drop parcel no matter what time of day or night it is without ringing doorbell or knocking.
