Absolutely garbage and ghetto company. The card only works at half the gas stations in the area. And if you are one hour overdue for billing, they have these low IQ individuals calling and trying to shake you down for $50. They also turn your cards off before your invoices are actually due. And then do not reinstate immediately when you pay your balance in full. Their recordkeeping is terrible. You’ll get invoices for negative amounts of money. And then the next invoice will be 40000s of dollars that they will call and harass you multiple times a day overpaying. All of our bills were paid in a timely fashion, but these people acted like they were junkies that needed to get paid $100 the second that the invoice was due. I would recommend using literally anyone else. They sent us to collections after being overdue by one or maybe two weeks because we switched companies and I don’t feel like paying the hundred dollars that’s on my account that they sent me to collections over.

Would give it 0 stars if I could, read other reviews, the phone number on the invoice does not even work. Update: This company did nothing for me but call a subcontractor, and for that they charged way over $200. I had agreed to the charges they told me the subcontractor would charge, because they would be out the next day. So the next day they were a no- show. I called them and set up an appointment for the next Monday the 7th.I got a call from another subcontractor that morning (the 7th) and the rates were WAY higher (from .30 cents a mile to $4 a mile) and they were a lot farther away. So i cancelled the service. Also sent an email to the address on the invoice provided but received no response.

In the meantime, I have not been subscribed to Fleetcor for half a year, and I still have not received my €350 deposit back in full. I have tried to call them countless times, without success. They do not answer the phone, and the promise that they will take my number and call me back is not kept either. They have NOT answered my emails for months. Why? That is a mystery to me. I am actually at my wits' end. Should I really hire a lawyer now? Send registered letters? Post everything on social media?

Read the reviews they are accurate. I know from personal experience this is a trash company. Marcine R Mclarity with fleetcore is also pure trash. If you want to be taken advantage of get yourself a fleetcore account. 30% late fee if the funds from the bill are 1 minute late from actually being in thier bank account. Mystery fees on fuel. They charge you about .20 cents per gallon purchased and try to pass that off as taxes when in fact the price on the sign included taxes. Avoid at all costs. Lawsuits should be filed for predatory fees associated with a person's account.

Our company had a payment due by 02/05/2025, but on 01/30/2025, Fleetcor Funding ARCO Business Solutions - (ARCO) suddenly locked all our company’s fuel cards without warning, leaving us in a difficult situation. When we contacted customer support, we were met with confusing and unhelpful responses. The representatives, who sounded like they were from an offshore call center, kept blaming their AI system instead of providing real assistance. The entire interaction felt sketchy and unprofessional—almost like speaking to a scam operation. While I’m not saying they are running a scam, the way they handled the situation made it seem like they had experience with deceptive practices. No one ever followed up or resolved the issue, showing a complete lack of accountability. If your business depends on fleet cards, stay away from Fleetcor Funding (ARCO). Their unreliable service and unresponsive customer support can put your operations at serious risk.

If I could give them a zero I absolutely would! The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We have been trying to get our account information updated for the last 10 months so that we can get access online. They completely refuse to help, but insist on us paying when we don't even have the ability to review the charges. The owner of the company even called and they would not allow him access or the ability to updated our information. I really cannot believe how unprofessional this company is. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Just HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY. Safe yourself the hassle and frustration, and do not go with FleetCor!! And we still don't have access to our account.

Again, if I could rate this company a zero I would. My advice to anyone looking for fleet card services is to stay as far away from Fleetcor as humanly possible. I had an issue with them that lingered for almost twenty-four months. I was being charged a Risk Based Fee with no explanation of why that was. To make matters worse, when I called there "customer service" line, they could not pinpoint why my account was a Risk account, only some of the factors that it could be, NONE OF WHICH APPLIED TO ME. After months of back and forth they agreed to credit my account over $8,000 in disputed risk charges. Fast forward only four short months later, THE RISK FEES ARE BACK. No explanation, no warning and completely unwarranted. Spoke with “customer service” and they said they would review it and possibly credit the account back in 90 days. Another contractor in my building has noticed over $3,000 in Risk Based Fees in the last two weeks alone. I have written two reviews in my entire life and both have been about this company. Please do yourselves a favor before getting into bed with these guys and read these reviews and notice how almost every review is a 1. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
