This is by far the worst experience using a gas card. My Fleetcor BP gas account has an additional assessment fee added they call it "purchase fee" therefore they have added fee's without clearly identifying the breakdown of the fee. I have made several attempts over 2 months to pay my account balance I only get out source non- English-speaking representatives, which provides a communication barrier on both ends. The website shows un-protected site I could not log in for months I went in circles trying to get into the site. It is illegal act under "Undisclosed Fees Under Consumer Protection Law" Fleetcor is conducting illegal acts against card holders. PLEASE READ YOUR STATMENT carefully. the customer service number 1-800-299-5766, 1-800-877-9019 is pointless NO HELP EVERYONE PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR COMPLAINTS TO ALL Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Better Business Bureau Consumer Affairs

This company was working for us for about 2 months. The card all of a sudden started being declined for fraudulent activity, which we verified wasn’t accurate. They couldn’t remove the block or explain the issue so they sent a new card. We were unable to use the account for a week. The next month they decreased the credit balance with no warning and my driver couldn’t get fuel out of town. I called 3 business days ago and no resolution or explanation. They are horrible to partner with if you are a new business. I will be closing our account, since they have proven to be unreliable. DON’T DO IT!

Horrible company. Sent my cards to wrong address to begin with. Eventually I never received any cards. Rude customer service. I have requested my security deposit to be refunded m. Will keep you posted. David Davinci Mindcube LLC

If I could give them 0 stars u would!!!! If you thinking about getting this card RUN the other way! This card isn’t going to help you it’s going to hurt you in the long run (as far your credit). I’ve called to make payments multiple times. I tried using the automatic system that didn’t work, I called the number on the back of the card I head on for over 45 mins to speak to someone to change by pin to only get hung up on. After attempting to change my pin multiple of times I just gave up and called back and they was close. The representative that was helping me never called back or anything. The very next day when I called the representative told me it was something wrong with their system that’s why I wasn’t able to make the payment and assisted with the payment but it will be considered late. I talk to three different people and nobody was able to assist me because we would have to try these steps first to avoid the $15 fee. The guy I talk to the day that it was due took my payment just like that no hassle or anything something they could’ve done and we wouldn’t have had any issues especially them knowing something was wrong with their system internally. So I receive a late fee for $75 call to the customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor they transferred me to Peter and he told me the only thing he can do is issue half off the late fee knowing that something was wrong with their system. So he in return transfer me Tony (the manager) he was very rude and said he can offer the same thing but then when I didn’t agree with it took back and said it was nothing else they can do and didn’t transfer to anyone else higher than him because they don’t take inbound calls. So I asked for a email address which he said he couldn’t provide any other info and he was the only I could speak with. Bill crap it’s always someone higher than you Sir. But don’t worry I’m not going to stop until I get this taken care. Next I’m contacting Action 9 and they will get to the bottom of this! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SOME RIP OFFS!

WORST COMPANY EVER! I cancelled my account 3 times since March 2022 (and received account closure emails all 3 times) and requested that my deposit of $500 be returned. I have called and spoke to 7 of the most incompetent people trying to get my security deposit back and have heard 10 different stories, yes 10 I had 3 people tell me 2 different stories each in the same call. Not to mention the countless ghost transfers, where you speak to one person who pretends to be reviewing your case and asked to put you on hold and a mysterious person picks up and you have to explain your issue all over again. Here we are at the end of June and I still don't have my security deposit. I'm starting a class action lawsuit and filing complaints with the BBB. FLEETCOR do not respond to this review with your lying, generic post! I am DONE talking to you.

Fleetcor is the worst company I have ever experienced doing business with. The statements and transactions pages are almost impossible to read and the company does not provide any assistance, they just expect you trust what they say you owe. The customer service reps and billing department do not communicate, and not one person in three weeks could tell me what was going on with my account. The billing department claims "they are not customer service" so they do not need to provide good service to their customers, every time our company spoke to someone on the phone they would talk over us and not assist in anything we were asking for to get clarification on. Get an american express card before you apply for fleetcor!

Hidden Fees, Terrible Customer Service, Credit Balance is never correct or consistent!! Overall a Awful Company

HORRIBLE! FRAUDULENT COMPANY! This is by far, hands down, the worst and MOST fraudulent company I've ever dealt with in the U.S. How they remain in business is baffling to me. I cancelled my account in March, 2022 and it is now May 12, 2022, and they have NOT refunded me my $500 deposit to this date. Every time I call their customer service line, each rep tells me a different story. They all say a variation of, your refund is "being processed" but it can take 6-8 weeks to get to you from Nashville, TN to California and I have NOT received it. It does NOT take 6-8 weeks for mail to get from TN to CA. They are simply stealing my money and pretending to be working on issuing a refund. This company is fraudulent. They charge exorbitant "late" fees and make it nearly impossible to pay one's account on time as their system locks you out for unknown reasons. They charge you a processing fee for paying them. It is truly the worst company to do business with in the U.S.A. They pretend to care about one's responses and one's experience but yet fail in all ways to issue refunds for one's hard earned deposit money. I would recommend any business to stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. It is better to do business with satan than with this company. He'd probably issue a refund faster.
