Flax LinensReviews of flaxlinens.com

This site is a SCAM! I spent $400 never received my items. It’s been months and nothing!! There is no one answering emails, phones or the live chat.

I ordered sheets in october...its now the end of Nov. I still have no sheets. I contacted this company 4 times and was told once my order was just delayed and I should recieve it by the 21. Its now the 24 and no sheets. Called back and the customer service took a message and said they would get back with me. These are 300 dollar sheets. This is actually ridiculous. I. Calling my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I placed an order three weeks ago. I spent $225 and have never received my merchandise. I’d later added on an additional item that was $75, and because of a tech glitch wasn’t able to complete the transaction online. I have called Flax Linens 5 times and sent 2 emails in 1 week with no response of any kind. When I call the number they’ve provided for customer service, a person comes on and takes a message for you but cannot contact customer service directly or even transfer you to them. I’m starting to think this company is a complete scam. DO NOT do business with them.
