Been using the flat tummy shake for awhile now and I love it. I usually have mine in the morning for breakfast. It helps me feel full and keep my stomach flat which is great for summer.

In the beginning I used to see this brand everywhere on social media. Others who mentioned it would either say oh it's a gimmick or something that doesn't work. Well let me be very clear as for me. (It Works) I had to attend a gala and like most we love to eat. My stomach was extremely bloated and I looked a mess in the dress a week prior. So I said okay let me try this. Gala day bloated belly was gone, no gas and I felt and looked fabulous. Been using it for 3 years and counting. My favorite is the shakes. I will drink a vanilla shake in the am and around night time I drink the tea. If you stay consistent with this product a couple times a week if not daily, I promise you it will be well worth it.
