The tea was amazing, not too strong to taste, minty almost. I bought the 4week program and after week 1 I noticed a change. I work overnight and I had the energy to go to the gym in the morning after drinking Flat tummy tea. I noticed my bloat go down a lot. I love it, and if you find the taste to be strong, just add add a little honey.
