It started working for me at first which was really great. But after like my first week I didn’t really feel the effects of it.

The shake is so good . I got the 4 week plan in vanilla flavor shake and it’s so creamy and really does taste delicious. I made mine with almond milk and it’s so good I also got the Digestive Enzymes pills which helps to break down food ,gas , bloating and more and it really does make me feel good and energetic. I love FlatTummy co shakes and I’ll most definitely buy more .

It really does help with bloating, you’d be surprised how much water your body retains especially in the stomach area. The tea + the shakes is a great start to a fitness journey. I tried this bundle and started working out and I kid you not I lost almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks, I weighed myself in the beginning and I was around 210/213. I’m definitely planning on keeping these supplements around so I can lose this weight.

Flat tummy looked so convincing , so I had to try it. However getting the shakes down was a struggle so I used almond milk with it. I love the shakes but sticking to them are hard because they cause me a lot of dehydration along with still feeling hungry 1 hour after taking them. I would like to try the tea. The first week I seen a 2-4 pound weight loss difference but not much else. Maybe the tea will be a better experience. If I hadn't just spent my money on the shakes I would so buy the tea. But its tight right now. Shakes are ok but taste needs improvement it's too thick and chalky. It doesn't keep me full at all. 😥

Purchased Flat Tummy Shake in the chocolate flavor! My only complaint is that it is a little bit gritty and doesn't blend as nice as some other powders I've tried, but I still use it! It does exactly what it promises to do. It curbs my appetite without making me under eat and it reduces bloating without upsetting my stomach! I still eat a very normal healthy diet , I also went ahead and purchased the tea cleanse. I find the teas taste delightful and I don't find I have any adverse side effects. My tummy doesn't get upset and it doesn't give me the gitters. All in all I'm very satisfied with my products

Jacqui helped me a lot with my decision on what I should start with to help loose my belly fat . I haven’t tried the shakes yet but I plan on trying them SOON!
