Flat Tummy Tea is a ritual for me. It is the way I start every morning and complete every night. I have IBD and sluggish bowels so this tea is a great way to keep my bowels in check. The bloat is relieved and instead of going straight to coffee in the morning, Flat Tummy tea is a great first layer to my gut. Sometimes I add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime for added benefits but by itself the taste is heavenly. So soothing and I would highly recommend.
