I love my progress so far, and I’m enjoying the simplicity of a tea and a shake! I did opt out of the Pm “cleanse” tea and regret choosing vanilla over chocolate on the shake flavor but vanilla is a great base for mixing in fruit, greens, berries and other things. I appreciate the customer service of flat tummy co so so much and their IG page for actually interacting and being interested in their customers feedback and journey!

I really like this program. Especially the flat tummy tea 4 week program. It is amazing. I really noticed the difference. And now I am on my 3rd month. About to order for 4th and 5th month.

This helped with my bloating in just one day. I only wished they would use stevia for sweetness

I honestly LOVE these shakes and tea. The tea helped almost immediately with my bloated belly! The shakes taste great and really keep me full! I’ve lost just about 17 lbs since late January!

Loving my results already and it’s been one week so far ! Only wish the two week program would have bigger night time bag .

I have been using the tea and shakes for 3 weeks now. I feel so much lighter in my tummy and noticed within the first few days. The tea is gentle, it does not cause cramps or have you running to the washroom. Its a gentle detox and leaves me feeling emptied and tighter in the belly :) I absolutely LOVE that the shakes use pea protein as whey protein is heavier and can cause bloating. I have the chocolate shakes, and i do water and add ice, I use a blender to thicken them up and they honestly leave me feeling so full. I am a chocoholic and these shakes hit my craving spot, so I look forward to having my shake! I love that theres no added sugar yet they still taste so good.

Tea was great .. made me feel energized throughout the day , tea didn’t come in bags like I thought it would but overall I’m satisfied
