Though as stated upon ordering, there would be a ship out delay of approx. 4-8 weeks as our team works hard to perfect our NEW Shakes (which are currently being shipped apart from all other products), ensuring our squad gets nothing but the best (though this wont be the usual moving forward!) We want to assure you we definitely work to ensure that all customers are able to receive their orders as soon as possible. We have also recently upgraded to a new fulfillment centre to ensure there are no delivery issues moving forward!

Hi There, Thanks for getting in touch and sharing your concerns. Though we're sorry to hear you feel this way, we're here to help. When preparing your shakes, make sure any liquids or add ins are extra cold. Another way to help the consistency (as plant-based protein is known to be gritty) is blending your shakes. We love blending ours with frozen berries, frozen mangos, and frozen bananas! Though they def don't need to be blended along with other ingredients!
