HI Kelley, We appreciate you addressing your concerns, though we're sorry to hear your frustrations. We love having you part of our FT Co squad, crushin' all those goals and will have you back on track in no time! As stated upon ordering, there would be a ship out delay of approx. 4-8 weeks as our team works hard to perfect our NEW Shakes, ensuring our squad gets nothing but the best. We've since then, updated the shipping timeframe to approximately 2-4 weeks ship out window as we get closer to finishing up our Shakes! Our shake are due to be shipping this week and should be reaching you ASAP! Definitely shoot us an email as we ensure we're replying to everyone ASAP and we'll be able to chat further.
