Love flat tummy ! This has helped me out a lot to get back in shape after giving birth ! I am in love i first used flat tummy back in 2016 when i had my 3rd baby and it worked so well a long with exercise and lots of water now i gave birth in 2017 to another baby girl my 4 child and i tried working out but i still have not gotten to where i want to be i realized im missing flat tummy ! I love Flattummy :) I was using the Flattummy Co Cleansing tea in the evenings and Activating tea in the mornings. I used the FTCO Chocolate shake 4-5 days per week regularly after workouts, sometimes as a meal. The lollipops I take them when I have cravings. I could cut my waist line without losing overall weigh or muscle.

The tea has an amazing taste. It has help me regulate with use to the bathroom. I would definitely recommend it if you have issues with bloating. It’s convenient and with the energy you get from the morning Tea there’s no need for coffee.

I am so happy with my flat tummy shakes I am down to a size 10 from a size 16 thanks to flat tummy and the gummies are great too
