The first week I used the product it was great however I did notice after that the efficiency did wear off I didn't really exercise daily but I do follow a clean organic diet and hardly eat out. But for what it is I was good however not enough for me personally to spend the money on without a significant change. But I might try again when my life is a little less hectic.
