I have ordered from this company several times. Each time the delivery takes longer than the time before. I ordered the shakes from them on 2/4/2021 and received an email saying that it was shipped on 2/11/2021. I emailed the company 11 days later to request a refund since my order clearly had not been shipped ( I checked the tracking almost daily and it had not been shipped at the time of my email). I was told that it had already been shipped and they could not refund the amount of the shake. 3 days after I asked for a refund, the shakes magically appeared at a fedex location for shipping. I guess I will wait to see if it actually comes. The products are ok, but I'm sure I can find another company with quality products and a better appreciation for paying customers. I will not order from them again.

Hello the reason for the 3 star is I got my weight management the 1 week of January for 6o something dollars an it was barely half full it only lasted maybe 2 weeks i did notice i was getting full but not enough product to see long term results

Didn’t Love the Matcha flavor...

Overall I felt like the product was good, I had the chocolate, the taste wasnt great but it wasnt horrible either. I liked how you can use water or milk that made it perfect for a person on the go. and then to top it I felt like Ilost some weight around my mid - section, I had a pair of pants that i use to wear but they would roll down underneath my belly, after Flat Tummy they stay up! no rolling ! and Ive got more compliments about my weight and I simply just feel better! I will also say that I only replaced breakfast and I felt full most of the day, in my opinion the day after I started. I look forward to my next purchase and my flatter tummy.

I don't know if it's my age or what, but the tea isn't working for me like it has in the past. I turned 50 this year and I'm at a stand still seemingly. I used it about a year and a half ago with super results. I haven't given up though, I'll continue to use it.
