When I first heard about the flat tummy shake I had a lot of doubt. But now I am so happy I did it and I am definitely doing it again.

This is honestly hands down one of the best protein powders ever!! absolutely love the taste of the chocolate flavour, and keeps me full for a long time which is perfect!! The only one bad thing is that shipping takes a while because I live in Australia so when I notice that I’m getting a little low I quickly order another one so it gets here on time because I can’t stand not having my shake everyday, it has become my routine lol! SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! 😍😍😍😍🤩🤩

After doing some research, I decided to treat myself to the 4 week shake and tea bundle as soon as I finished breastfeeding. NOT disappointed. Absolutely the shakes keep me feeling full and keep the cravings away. I haven’t been grazing in the kitchen picking at the snacks we have for my 3 year old😂 No cramps or running to the bathroom with the cleanse tea. I do a little workout ALMOST everyday, (depends on how my baby sleeps) and I have been losing 1-2 lbs a week. I’m not hungry or starving myself, no hungry jitters. I will continue to purchase the shakes, not always the teas. The shakes are a good snack idea for working night shifts vs a full meal overnight. I ordered the bundle online but later found the Real Canadian Superstores carry flat tummy shakes and teas.

This product is really super cool

I’m so addicted with the tea and shake programs. The tea is good, it has a very discreet mint taste to it. The shakes are also very good, I added some cold brew coffee & Ice to it and made it a frappe. It’s delicious. Even when my 4 week program of the tea was over and I stopped drinking them, I slowly started to notice myself gaining water retention again. They helped my bloating go down significantly and I wasn’t feeling as sluggish. When you’re drinking them it doesn’t feel like a chore or something you feel like you have to do, they’re so good you just want to.

I just started the 4 week shake program yesterday and so far I love it! I ordered the strawberry flavor and it tastes great, and I like that it’s not too heavy! Today I had my shake right after my workout and it didn’t leave me feeling hungry after. I’m excited to finish the 4 week program and also to see a difference from it!
