They are very good at giving you an attractive price upfront just to lure you in. Once they arrive to pick up your items, the price suddenly doubles with excuses like “we thought it was like IKEA furniture” — as if IKEA furniture is some kind of universal standard. At delivery, they simply dropped everything off without assembling anything, which was not what was originally discussed. When I tried calling their office to resolve the issue, no one answered. It felt like they were conveniently enjoying their day off while I was left dealing with the consequences of their poor service. Overall, this experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and unfair. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being very cautious before trusting their quoted price or service promises.

Deserves zero stars for unprofessionalism, and exceedingly poor service!!! Paid over $1200 to have my vehicle delivered. Informed on short notice on day of delivery that driver would deliver the vehicle. After over an hour of waiting, I contacted driver (liason?) who informed me that they would now deliver in the afternoon, despite my staying home on short notice for vehicle delivery. Contacted Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping as that's whom I paid and dealt with directly (please see below for their pathetic response). Driver called me, rudely informed me I had to pick up my vehicle before hanging up the phone. Contacted Flat Price and as of now, no resolution to deliver my vehicle. STAY AWAY, AND CHOOSE REPUTABLE COMPANIES!!! Edit: 7/12/2016 The Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping's "resolution" involved threatening to charge me for storage if I was not around to have my vehicle delivered at a time of their choosing. Unbelievable!!!
