One of the bottles leaked and I received one bottled empty. So I would like a refund or a new bottle. Thank you. Lilas Lowered my review to 1star because they are now not only not refunding me but being rude and accusing as well. Never buying there again!!!

Edit 3/15/22- you were issued a refund in full for the broken bottle. Please reconsider your 1 star review as we ate 100% of the cost and the dispute fee. Edit 2/4/22- Lilas- We escalated this case to a mediation since you outright said theres no signs that the bottle leaked/broke in transit and didn't send us any pictures of the box. And the photos you did send of the inside packaging were all spotless; certainly didn't look like a whole liter of dark tequila poured all over them. Not sure what you're trying to do here but please don't try to blame us for something that absolutely isn't our fault. This is the first we hear about this. Send us some photos of the bottles and packaging to [email protected] (inside the box and outside the box please) and we'll work on it.
