FlashyboxReviews of flashybox.com

This website is my latest obsession. I was happy to be able to use a discount code which gave me 30% off AND I was also able to get free shipping. When shopping online I've noticed its usually one or the other. Once my shoes arrived I knew I was in love. The quality of the shoes are really good. They do not look cheap AT ALL. I got so many compliments on my heels I ended up ordered again just a few days later and was impressed. I would recommend this website to anyone who is looking for great quality shoes at a very reasonable price.

i'm very pleased with my order and they're exactly as described. They came very quick too and customer service was quick to respond and answer all my questions. I highly recommend Flashybox.

I Love Flashybox.!! They Have Wonderful Heels Selections To Choose From, For Very Good Prices, & Fast Shipping.!!! I Just Purchased 5Pairs Of Heels For A Little Over $75 That Is A Very Good Deal.!!, On Top Of That One Of The 5Pairs Of Heels I Bought In The Wrong Size By Mistake, So I Messaged Them About Doing An Exchange & They Replied Instantly. They Fixed My Mistake By Sending Me The Pair Of Heels In The Correct Size For Free.! That Made My Day & I Am So Thankful. I Am Looking Forward To Shopping With Them Again Very Soon.! & A Special Shoutout To Erika For Handling My Order Concern. She Has Earned Flashybox A Loyal Customer For Life.!!

Super trendy shoes and great customer service. I also love the fact that they offer Afterpay as a payment option!

My first order was delivered promptly, but was the incorrect color but correct size, in efforts to get the desired color, I reorder the same pair of shoes in the same size. The website stated that there was only 2 left in the inventory. In that case I purchased them and waited for a response from support (which is only available from 9-5 M-F). I initially got a response saying I could get store credit and not a cash refund. I was also informed that the size shoe I ordered was not in the inventory even though the website let me purchase the shoes. The customer service person also told me that they didn’t have anything on the website that states the quantity of items available which was then proven wrong. The first person helping me also didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and wasn’t offering anything to fix the situation. I then got in contact with the customer service manager Tony. He was a pleasure to talk to and was the biggest help. He went out of his way to offer a refund for the initial pair that was sent incorrectly. He then offered 50% off the second pair that I ordered in attempt to fix the issue. He made the situation right by me. At first I didn’t want to ever shop at the shop again, but now knowing that there is people who want to help and make every experience a great experience, I will definitely shop at FlashyBox again!

Order number 10254 was placed with you all. I must say I am satisfied the shoes as they are beautiful and most importantly they're comfortable. Emphasis on comfortable! The one thing about me is I LOVE SHOES, I have sooooooo many shoes that I need my own closet just for shoes. I truly feel that I will be ordering from you all just as much as I order from Shoedazzle (and boy do I order a lot of shoes), keep up the selection and I must say I may just order all my shoes through you all! All of my buys are posted on my social media pages and I feel that I'll have family and friends ordering from you just as I have them hooked on the other site. Thank you, thank you, thank you for following up with my concerns Diana and as my customers tell me, its people like you that keep customers like my coming back to make purchases. Happy Ordering!!!!
