I received my $250 gift card today. The cash out process is pretty simple and fast (2 days for me, from clicking the Redeem Reward button to receiving the gift card), if you follow the steps carefully. Some deals are easy and quick to do, some require time and patient. I found that some of the survey type of deals did not track, but most of the deals tracked instantly. The customer service is extremely superb, the replies are fast, clear, and informative. There's a problem with one of my verification documents, but the customer service gave details explanation about what's wrong and we were able to resolve it quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I definitely will do this again next year when the wait time is over and I'm become eligible again.
