Originally bought just the travel router and it worked ok though some sites detected it and blocked me ironically until I started my traditional VPN. Initially I was remotely watching US TV on my Dish DVR with the DishAnywhere app, and it worked fine until I no longer had my house in the US. I tried to switch to Hulu plus Live TV, but it had no problem detecting I was using a VPN and blocked me. I ordered the home tunnel, had my travel router flashed remotely and installed the home tunnel at my brother's house in Texas. Works perfectly. No problem watching anything I want to from wherever I am in the world. Definitely worth the additional cost.

Great experience with their devices. Most important is the kill switch. Makes me feel protected.. It was easy to set up, works reliably, and makes connecting through my home network while travelling as simple as plugging my phone into a charger. Life saver! The connection has been stable, and whenever I needed help, customer support was friendly and responsive. Price is OK - although you can get some discount if you talk to them before you order I would recommend it!

Excellent troubleshooting session on the WAN port. Was finally able to log on via the UI on successfully and change the VPN location.
