FlashcloudReviews of flashcloud.com

Very user friendly and easy to use. Also found fee pricing structure to be straight-forward and transparent. Love the site speed too, all around a good product/platform to use. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice team, responsed super quickly to everything! Set up a website, intuitive dashboard as well. Can highly recommend.

They did such a great job with my website, it’s exactly how i envisioned. They made the process very easy and I am more than happy with my service!

I'm by no means a novice when it comes to large-scale network configuration and maintenance, having worked in the field for several years, but transferring personal sites, e-mail, etc, is not something that I have had to handle professionally (which essentially makes me a novice in that field). When things went wrong (which they did, of course, because "knowledgeable novices" are more adept at creating messes than complete novices), the assistance I received was highly commendable. The problem was identified and fixed, and I am confident that steps have been taken to prevent anyone making the same mistake that I did -- which is exactly how the best support teams operate.

Excellent Customer Attention & Response.

Really happy with FlashCloud! Their support team goes above and beyond to help, taking the time to understand issues and find solutions rather than just giving some generic replies. It's refreshing to find real people who genuinely care about stuff I'm facing and that they are willing to go the extra mile to help. Highly recommended!

I moved my company website there after my previous host imposed ridiculous 100mb mailbox limits. Everything is good so far, no issues, both my website and mails are working well.

The technical support team at Flashcloud exceeded all my expectations with regards to their professionalism, technical expertise, and the speed/precision with which they migrated my Wordpress website to their platform. During my testing of the staged website they first created for me, I really appreciated the technical detail they supplied in their responses to my questions. Once I gave them a green light to proceed, they performed the migration in just a few hours, and my website now works beautifully and with fantastic response times with no errors. I strongly recommend that for anyone who is experiencing lackluster technical support from their current hosting vendor, to make the switch to Flashcloud!
