I ordered upper control arms but they did not show up at the scheduled time. Reached out to Flashark and they responded the next day. They told me their control arms were on backorder and would be about two weeks out. They sincerely apologize and offered me a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. But I didn’t even ask for anything or even request anything! I accepted the offer and just waited for the upper control arms. Great customer service!

price is unbeatable! the coilovers performed better than many others i have tried before. I myself like a firmer spring rate so i swapped out some stiffer springs and have been real pleased with their performance!
