I ordered a complete kit for my honda…
I ordered a complete kit for my honda accord ex and only received a catback set up and that's still missing parts. :-( 😞 can't get in touch with anyone. Really horrible considering what I paid.

Have talked to you and there's nothing I can do with these headers need to return them I would suggest that you not advertise them as a fit because they do not fit and you cannot make them work new date flash shark refunded my money no questions asked I thought that was pretty good

No response to emails
No response to emails. Pipe does not fit, it is not long enough, downpipe is not correct, up-pipe does not fit with factory downpipe. Instructions are terrible that you have to go online to find.

This is a scam. No instructions and want pictures when I ask anything even when completely irrelevant. Days to respond with, please send pictures. Of what and why? Scam. You been warned.

Hello, we checked the logistics of your parcel, the parcel has indeed been sent out from our warehouse to the logistics provider, it may have been lost in transit by the logistics provider, we have submitted a claim. NO RETURN POLICY
Shortie headers won't work for our truck. Emailed them two days after delivery and explained the problem. They are stalling, keep asking for photos. READ THEIR WEB SITE! They are in China, no way to return stuff no matter what they say they have NO RETURN POLICY LISTED! Do not take the risk. Buy elsewhere. Edit, Feb 26, 2024: After emailing back and forth twice, when Flashark repeatedly asked for photos of the problem so they could help us fix the problem even after we said the headers wouldn't work with our truck (even though they are advertised as such) because we would have to remove the catalytic converter to install them they stopped emailing back. Leaving a review here was, sadly, the only way to get their attention. We will send photos and update here on their review process.

That's why we need your photos to confirm the exact problem. This is not towing. If you can't take photos to fix it, you can just return it for a refund. But according to our return policy.
