Item is not as described…
The description of the item i purchased was for an alternator AND power steering bracket.(for long electric water pump) The first package only contained the alternator bracket. And does not bolt up to the holes. The after emailing the company I was sent a new one and again was only the alternator bracket that does not fit and is still m8ssing the power steering bracket.

Dear Customer, the website has stated that it only works on SBC engines with electric water pumps, but the 350 engine did not originally come with an electric water pump, so it does not work. If you need to return it for a refund we will deal with it positively. Thank you.

I’m trying to return the part I got it…
I’m trying to return the part I got it had said it was for my car but it was not even close I’ve emailed multiple times an have not got a response I just want my money back

I ordered a part 3 weeks ago and they…
I ordered a part 3 weeks ago and they sent me the wrong part I have been going back and forth with them trying to get the correct part. This company has the worst customer service . They won’t respond to emails and they screwed up the shipping. I paid extra for shipping to receive my purchase faster $70.00 extra and still don’t have the correct part. I am contacting the BBB and if I have to my attorney. Do not order from them (flashark) they just requested my order number as if they don’t know who they have been dealing with.

Buyers beware!!!
Buyers beware!!!! If you have any issues questions or want to know more? About the warranties they claim to have they do not back them up and there is no one to talk to. No where to call. They do not return emails at all. Horrible company! EDIT: To your reply the email I used is terrymandy9@aol you will find several emails from me….and it’s under Mandy Humphrey order #55955 and again no response from you Edit again: I check spam once a week and nothing….

Don’t fit
The up pipes I bought only the passenger side fit. Driver side was 1/2inch off

Complete joke
Complete joke. I could not find any reviews on these for a D series Dodge truck but thought I would give them a try. They will not fit as advertised or at all. Also, they include 3/8in header bolts instead of the correct 5/16in. Just spend the money on Hedman.

Initially, you contacted us stating that the headers bolt hole pattern is wrong and that you would like to replace them with the correct bolt hole pattern. However, our product is specifically designed for stock vehicles, and your car has already been modified, which is the direct cause of the installation issue. Additionally, since your car has been modified, we are unable to provide installation guidance to ensure proper fitting. Therefore, we suggested that you visit a local professional repair shop to see if the product can be modified or proceed with a return and refund. You have not provided any photos of the product, so we have not been able to confirm whether your product meets the return requirements. However, you informed us that you have already returned the product, even though we have not yet provided you with a return address.
