My G37 slammed to the frame after fitment on the highest size coilovervit dose not work on the streets where I live because all the streets are messed up I feel like on most vehicles and parts they fall through the car after the job over all go if you want quality parts and service

We ordered a 2011 Tahoe long tube headers the left bank downstream O2 sensor bung and main connecting pipe exhaust gasket was missing. We sent pictures showing what was missing and asking to send correct pipe or credit what was spent to fix issue. Vehicle was at a shop and headers were bolted up and 70% done. Once found issue sent multiple emails and their customer service played games and than wanted me to have it removed and send back which would have cost me even more money. But to free up the shops rack paid for a O2 sensor bung and have welded in.(Costed me an extra $259.77 out of pocket) Asked for a credit for the inconvenience but nothing.. If I would have had it removed sent back and reinstalled would have costed me 4 times as much.. I will say the product was well made other than missing O2 sensor bung, main exhaust pipe gasket and hardware (bolts, nuts and gaskets are very cheap) the welds where very nice.

These guys sent me the wrong filter. Their site was wrong and it took almost 2 weeks and over a dozen emails to get it resolved. They made me take pictures of everything, including taking my filter out to compare to the one they sent. Email responses came in every 24 hours or so. When they finally figured out how they screwed up, the only way I would get a refund was to give them a 4star or better review.

Hard to get ahold of not very good with descriptions and definitely cheap Materials used with these exhausts

DONT TRUST THIS PLACE ITS HORRIBLE. I BOUGHT FULL ENTIRE CATBACK EXHAUST AND THEY ONLY SENT ONE PIECE, THE TAIL END. AND WHEN I TRIED TO TELL THEM HEY YOU GUYS FORGOT THE MIDPIPE, THEIR RESPONSE WAS SHOW US A PICTURE OF THE BOX EVEN THOUGH I KEPT TELLING THEM I DONT HAVE THE BOX AS I HAD TO DRIVE 40 MINS JUST TO INSTALL IT, THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT THE EXHAUST IS MISSING. AND EVEN THEN THEIR RESPONSE? SHOW US BOX. THESE GUYS ARE ROBOTS NO ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THOUGHT I HEARD GOOD REVIEWS BUT CLEARLY THEY WERE LIES. THESE GUYS SUCK AT WHAT THEY DO. IF I COULD DO 0 OUT OF 5 I WOULD!!

Car part that I ordered said that it fit my car.. turns out it does not fit my car and I had to go out of my way purchasing other parts ridiculous!!

Headers didn’t even fit, super SUPER disappointing, would not even consider a pair of these

Doing this in hopes i can get some kind of response. Paid an extra $70 to have my package in 1-3 days (as listed on their website). It has been two days and my package has not even shipped yet. I have sent two emails, no response. Order #69074. Update: it is going to arrive outside of the time window I paid an extra $70 to get it in. So did they just pocket my $70 and still drag their feet on sending my package? I will be expecting a refund for the extra that i paid.
