Ordered a 30” tray and 24” burner. The burner was in stock, the tray was not even though it said “ in stock “ on line. I placed my order and waited to have my new fire pit ready for my Barbecue. Mike Erickson from Flame Creations called and sent me an email to inform me they “ did not” have the 30” tray in stock and would have one ready in 7-10 days. He offered a 32” or 28” at a discounted price in order to have it in time for my party. Awesome customer service, parts arrived 2 days early!

We purchased custom wind guard. Customer service answered my questions prior to ordering on their web site. We purchased the rectangle glass with 8” height and 3/8” glass thickness. Lead time was only two weeks. Flame Creation sent tracking info when the it shippped. Two boxes were delivered. The long glass panels were damaged in shipment. After reporting the damage Mike Erickson from Flame Creation had another set of the panels shipped to us a week later. Everything was perfect. It was easy to put together and the glass looks great. We have been able to enjoy our fire pit on windy nights. Thank you!

Excellent fire pit cover. Light enough to remove and put on easily while covering the entire pit area with an attractive stainless steel look.

Easy to order. Gave them my measurements and received exactly what I asked for. I even received it earlier then expected. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality products. Thanx again
