Flame Creation, LLCReviews of flamecreation.com

Very happy with the product. Would have given a 5 except that when I called shortly after placing the order, a gentleman answerEd the phone and as I was explaining the situation he hung up on me as I was in mid sentence. It sounded like a deliberate hang up as the click was loud and prevalent. I actually wanted to double my order. In any event, I would given a 5 but can’t bring myself to doing it as I feel they need to work on their customer service skills. But all in fairness, very happy with the product and therefore 4 stars.👍

Amazing product and looks beautiful. We have a large outdoor area with custom square firepit and this 39" flat coper cover was the perfect accent. Did not give 5 stars due to some corner damage when received. Not sure if this was a shipping carrier issue or a packing issue. Regardless a little bit of hammering took out the small imperfections. Great product would recommend to anyone looking for a unique look.

Product delivery was quick but can’t reach anyone by phone and didn’t get any return calls when was researching product

Item arrived as described, in a timely manner & at a reasonable price. We will definitely do business with flame creation again when the need presents itself.

Price was a bit steep but the selection and customization is great.

Excellent product and top quality. Lead time of 3 months is excessive. Should maintain just in time inventory to improve customer satisfaction.

Works great!
