Good job...the lava rocks were large as I requested and of good quality. Thank you I shall be ordering again soon.

Awesome copper cover! So much easier than a canvas cover. Fast shipping - product was perfectly protected.

Outstanding service!!! I emailed questions to customer service regarding one of their burner kits and got a response first thing the following morning. I placed an online order and got an email notification that the product shipped a few hours later. I received the package within a few days and the materials I purchased looked high quality. I’m excited to get them installed.

Our glass wind shield arrived in less time than anticipated, and it is a beautiful addition to the fire pit area of our patio. The packaging went above and beyond to protect the various glass pieces, and the assembly was easy with the detailed instructions provided. A quality product from a company we now look forward to using again in the near future.

We've been looking for a firepit for months and Flame Creation's product give us much more flexibility in what we want to accomplish. The unfinished frame is extremely sturdy and it appears to be just what we were looking for. It just came yesterday, so it may be some time before we complete the project and can give an honest assessment.

Quick service! Emailed company and they replied right away. Ordered product and arrived quickly. Good price and excellent customer service.

I had questions about ordering so I called and they answered everything I needed help with. It was easy and the items were readily available.

Got the product quickly as promised. Will be installed ina few days. So we”ll see how it works then.
