Great quality and easy hook up Highly recommend this company

Transaction handled well. Selection was best I could find for what I wanted. (Parts to rebuild existing pit including a extra large size pan.). Timely delivery, good instructions, and price on par with most other similar businesses. Would buy from them again.

Great pictures product was exactly what I needed second time shopping and definitely will be back when I need anything fire place related :)

On inquiry about firepit insert, I was advised that I did not need one because I was using an existing firepit built several years ago. I was advised to buy stainless fire ring and place it on bed of gravel and cover ring with fire rock. Initial order of fire ring and rock arrived promptly and I installed both items and fire pit worked very well. A second order for more fire rock and a fire pit cover arrived on schedule. The additional rock and the cover worked out beautifully. The waterproof cover was used the same day a our first desert monsoon rain and it kept the pit perfectly dry. I am very happy with the information, suggestions and products that I have received.

I had ordered some replacement lava rock (2 sizes - large and medium) for an outdoor gas firepit and the lava rock was exactly as described based on size and consistency! The order was shipped to me super fast and the boxes were well taped, given their weight. I'm very happy with the product and service and highly recommend Flame Creation!

We couldn't be happier with our order from Flame Creations. The customer service we received was incredible (and very rare in this day and age). Mike spent ALOT of time on the phone and countless emails with us helping us figure out what we need and how to put it back together. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered copper cover for outdoor fire pit. The service and quality of the cover are excellent. The cover is beautiful and it is a perfect fit.

No one local to where we live would even give us a price on a flameguard for our firepit. A search on the internet and we found Flame Creations. I called to make sure my measurements were correct before ordering and then placed my order. Since our fire pit was over six foot long we were concerned with shipping but shouldn't have been. The packaging was superb, all arrived safely, and the glass and brackets are beautiful. Flame Creations kept us updated of when it would ship and we were pleased with the whole transaction. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something like this.
