Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback. We are truly happy to hear that you noticed the level of analysis, planning, and experience behind the Flalingo system. At Flalingo, we continuously study the strengths and weaknesses of traditional and online language learning systems in order to build a more sustainable, student-focused, and communication-oriented learning experience. We strongly believe that successful language learning requires much more than simply offering lessons. That is why we focus heavily on: * AI-supported tutor matching systems * long-term teacher continuity * speaking-focused lesson structures * Oxford-supported materials * FLAI AI-supported progress systems * flexible scheduling * and strong customer support experiences Every part of the platform is designed based on real student behavior, communication psychology, learning sustainability, and practical language usage rather than only theoretical education models. Your comment about “needs analysis and experience” is especially meaningful for us because we truly invest a lot of time into understanding what students actually struggle with on other platforms and how we can create a more human-centered and effective system. Thank you again for your trust and thoughtful feedback. We are very happy to have you as part of the Flalingo community.
