Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the lack of response. We understand how much time and effort goes into building a tutor profile and completing an application process, so not receiving feedback can understandably feel discouraging and disappointing. At Flalingo, we receive a very high volume of tutor applications from many different countries every day, and our recruitment teams carefully review applications throughout the process. However, based on your experience, it is possible that a technical or communication issue may have affected the follow-up process in your case. Feedback like yours is very important because it helps us identify gaps in communication and improve our recruitment experience for future applicants. Our teams are currently paying close attention to improving application tracking and response processes to minimize situations like this. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and concerns with us.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are truly happy to hear that your son’s English skills are improving with Flalingo Kids. Helping children develop confidence while learning English naturally and enjoyably is one of the things we care about most as a platform. At Flalingo Kids, we design lessons specifically for children through interactive speaking activities, age-appropriate teaching methods, gamified lesson structures, and supportive communication-focused learning experiences. Our goal is not only to teach grammar or vocabulary, but also to help children actively use English while feeling comfortable and motivated. Through our AI-supported tutor matching system, children are connected with teachers who best fit their age, communication style, learning pace, and personality. This helps young learners build stronger teacher connections and enjoy lessons much more naturally. We also support children’s development through: * Oxford-supported educational materials * speaking-focused interactive lessons * lesson recordings for review * FLAI AI-supported progress reports * pronunciation and vocabulary tracking * flexible lesson scheduling * long-term teacher continuity for sustainable learning One of the most important things for us is helping children associate English with confidence, enjoyment, and curiosity rather than pressure or fear. Thank you again for your trust and support. We are very happy to be part of your son’s English learning journey.
