Once your one-week trial has ended, they shove you onto one of their premium plans without confirmation. This is a shady and unfair practice. (Update) I am aware of it being in the TOS, I stand by my point with the fact its a shady and unfair practise to do so, You automatically lock them into a high plan.

Upon ordering the trial plan, it is made clear on the purchase page that the trial plan will roll into a paid plan after 7 days. "Skeleton Plan - Free for 7 days, then $11.99/mo (unless cancelled)" In addition, every client who orders a free trial is sent an email reminding them that the service will auto-renew for paid plan unless cancelled. You were also required to read and agree to the Terms of Service, then knowingly press the checkbox making sure that you have done so. Clients are fully aware of the trial plan rolling into the paid plan, with the option to cancel their plan without charge. 3.4 Upon the expiration of the trial period, your server will automatically transition to the Skeleton Plan. By continuing to utilize the service beyond the trial period, you agree to be charged in accordance with the Skeleton Plan pricing structure, unless you actively upgrade to a paid subscription plan or cancel your service prior to the trial's renewal date. Again, clients have the option to cancel their free trial so they will not be charged for the paid plan - they are NOT locked into a paid plan. Clients knowingly allow the trial to transition into the paid plan, as they were made aware of this at the point of purchase as well by email. This is a common business practice, and is not something unique to Flairhost.
