I bought a sas raid controller
I bought a sas raid controller but my server didnt see any raid. The raid function was disabled on the card. To enable it i would need to reflash the card, but i did not manage to find the program that would see the raid controller, so the controller is useless to me because i need the raid function. I received a full refund since i am in Canada and sending it back would cust me.

Amazing Service
We were in a bind and needed a part right away. I called on a Friday afternoon and had the part Monday morning. Amazing service, and the people truly cared that I was able to get my part quickly.
