My first experience with Flagship
The first day I tried to buy the item, the website was very slow or not working at all. The next day, the website was fast. I made the purchase quickly. My impression is that the website looks a bit old, but its usability is good. I would do a redesign. What I also liked is that I received a fairly quick response to my email request. The communication from the company representative is adequate and even friendly, which is not often seen in the US. The item I needed was not in stock. The company representative tried to find it, which surprised me.

The employees went out of their way to…
The employees went out of their way to communicate with me about the tested condition of an item I purchased... and were honest! Everything worked out in the end. I accepted the risk and was able to repair another computer. Really happy overall with the transaction. :)
