Просто невозможно, одним словом п*дц. Закинул деньги на то чтобы вывести их и передать другу, требуется верификация, думаю хорошо верификацию легко пройти, в итоге у студента просят паспорт и его документ подтверждающий места проживания, паспорт легко, но вот с местом проживанием конечно же у них проблемы, закрывают обращения на каждом сообщении, не отвечают и долго игнорят, сотрудники службы поддержки просто фрики которые там сидят, короче скам проект на который все позволяют выводить деньги.

The exchange does not make the transfer, it says that the recipient is dubious and the money will not be sent. Second, the FK Wallet itself. There are no warnings or notifications about the need for verification: "top up and pay." Topping up works - both with cryptocurrency and rubles. I put the amount there, wanted to pay - it just turns out "error". I write to support, they answer: verification is needed. When passing verification, the site itself substituted the data from the autofill in the surname field, and it was impossible to go back. I sent the passport data, more than three days have passed, and the payment was needed four days ago. The money is frozen, the payment has not been made. Support behaves frankly rudely, they demand passport data again, although I have already sent them, they do not provide any help, even when they are provided. They don't want to return the money, and they don't want to delete the account with my data either. As a result, it's a waste of time, money, and a lot of nerves.

Trying to deposit to the wallet I sent a little less LTC (around $6) than the minimal amount which was around $10. Support said the money is gone, they refuse to either accept the depoist or send the recieved money back.
