I deposited 900 RUB to this wallet for an urgent server payment. Immediately after, the service blocked all operations and demanded KYC. Here is the catch: my internal passport has a minor physical tear on one corner. All critical data (series, number, photo, and signature) is perfectly clear and readable. However, their automated scanning system instantly rejects the photos due to "corner geometry" issues. Support staff (Igor and Alexey) flatly refuse to perform a manual document check, which is explicitly allowed by their own AML/KYC policy (clauses 5.2 and 6.1). Furthermore, they refuse to issue a Refund to my original bank card, hiding behind "AML policy" to keep my deposit. This is not AML compliance; this is illegal enrichment and holding customer funds hostage. This service withheld my funds without any prior notice. The issue started when I tried to make a purchase; only then, after the fact, did they block my account and demand that I pass verification. There was absolutely no warning about this requirement before I deposited my money. The verification process seems deliberately dragged out and has been going on for 2 months now. Customer support constantly invents new, absurd reasons to reject my documents: they claim the passport photo is "wrong," or they demand strange selfies holding specific pieces of paper. Bottom line: my $2000 is practically held hostage by the service. This looks like a typical scam scheme designed to appropriate users' money under the guise of security checks. I strongly advise against using FK Wallet. Stay far away from them if you want to keep your money safe.

I am extremely disappointed with FKWallet. My account was blocked under the pretext of AML policy. While the service has the right to stop cooperation, they have NO legal right to seize my personal funds. I have a balance of 35 TON in my wallet. They simply reply with "we do not comment on security decisions" and "you were answered above," completely avoiding the question of my money return. Перевел деньги, на сайте вылезла ошибка. Деньги списались, чек есть. Поддержка в Telegram (оператор Игорь) обвинила меня, сказала что деньги "потеряны" и перестала отвечать. Emails fkwallet.io заблокированы.
