Unbelievable...
I have my house on Zillow.com as a For Sale By Owner. Fizber called me today and the connection was bad. I asked her to spell the name of the company she was from because I couldn't understand her. She was very huffy about having to do this. She asked me if they could list my home for free, so I proceeded to ask her questions about their service. While I was talking to her, I was googling Fizber and came across these reviews on TrustPilot. One of them mentioned that they changed the listing price and that other details were wrong. It also mentioned that when they contacted Fizber about it, they took no responsibility and refused to change it. So, I told her that I needed to research it a bit before I decided to do it. She rudely said, "Well! It seems like you are talking yourself out of it!" I told her, "No, I'm not talking myself out of it - I am researching your company online and seeing conflicting reviews!". She said "UH-HUH... Well, fine... good luck with that!" and then she hung up on me! Wow! If that is how Fizber does business, I'm glad I didn't put my house on their site. VERY unprofessional. I wonder if the owners of the company know how rude the salesmen are?
