The absolute worse Customer Service ever! Rude and obnoxious when there is no reason to be. If I could give Fibzer zero stars I would have. The paper work is daunting and don't expect help. If you ask a question you will be criticized for not checking the FAQ's first. All they want to do is sell you more and more stuff, such as re-list every 10 days for $75 or in our case we are mixed use and they tell us on one hand we are Commercial so we can't be also listed under Residential, but if we pay $149 more, then we can??? Because of the home based business we operate, we felt we are the best one to show our property and wanted the extra exposure of being listed on MLS. We regret not hiring a real Real Estate Agent who would have worked with us on this point. We thought we had 30 days to cancel, but apparently only if you don't finish your listing, once it's up you can't get out of it. Don't make our mistake.

I listed my property as FSBO and got…
I listed my property as FSBO and got contacted by fizber.com asking for a permission to list my property on their website.
I asked if I agree - will I be spammed with unsolicited offers/ads. The agent replied "no, we will not". Now a few days later I receive an text from fizber giving me unsolicited "promotion" on their services to list my property with MLS. I hate companies like this.
Also after trying to search my property on their website I found out that it is VERY slow. After a minute of waiting for the search results I got message saying your property not found :)
Response from Fizber.comOct 10, 2018
Hi Vlad - We apologize that you were not happy and will certainly use this information to improve communications in the future.
As a for sale by owner site, our goal is to help home sellers have success in selling their home. Part of this, requires educating home sellers of the options that are available to help maximize their selling experience.
Please know your listing is 100% free and you have the option to opt out/unsubscribe from solicitations if they are not a fit.
Please contact us at [email protected] or 888-381-2201 so we can pull up your listing information to look into the error you are describing in this post. We would be happy to resolve any issue you are experiencing.

I went to Fizber so as to get a MLS…
I went to Fizber so as to get a MLS listing. The listing agent (USrealty Brokerage Solutions) was outside of my state of Nebraska. The listing agent put a comment in the agent's remark section that said,
if USrealty Brokerage Solutions must write commission check
1 month delay required.
This comment discouraged local agents from showing my home. When I asked Fizber to help me with a solution I was told that it was out of their control, zero help! In a 9 month time period this house never received an offer and was taken off the market.
I can NOT recommend this company

deceptive site
deceptive site - did not fully disclose MLS 2% commission....you have to pay and then find out later that you have been "scammed".

Thanks for your feedback and for listing on Fizber.com. We apologize for your experience. We do include on our Flat Fee MLS page a FAQ section that specifically addresses commissions required to be on the MLS. The MLS is controlled by Realtors and it is a platform Realtors use to market their homes for sale. Because the MLS is controlled by Realtors, there are rules requiring that any MLS listing must compensate a buyers agent. Per our FAQ section:
"What commission rate do I need to offer a Buyers Agent if I list with the Flat Fee MLS Broker?
You decide the commission, from 1 percent to 3 percent. Fizber recommends offering buyers’ agents the traditional 2.5 or 3 percent buy-side commission. That means that you keep the 2.5 or 3 percent commission that usually goes to a listing agent, retaining that portion of your home equity for yourself."
Please note that Fizber receives no money from this commission amount it goes directly to the agent representing a buyer. If you find a buyer that has no agent, then you are not required to pay this amount but by nature of the MLS your home will be in front of buyers agents and the MLS requires that you offer some compensation to them.
We have also reached out to you directly regarding this, however, please know that your purchase is 100% refundable up until the point you list on the MLS. We apologize for the buyers agent compensation not being clear and will work harder to making sure this is more transparent going forward, however, we have no intent on being deceptive or to "scam" any customer...which is why we offer a 100% refund to any customer that decides not to list on the MLS after purchasing.
We have processed your refund for the time being and will be happy to call you personally when our business office opens on Monday morning (PST).

If you are so thinned-skin you … Fizber.com should change it's name to Crybaby.com...
If you are so thinned-skin you shouldn't ask for feed-back.
Obviously, a web-site as great as your self-proclaimed tracks and counts hits on listings (or should).
There is a difference with "unhappy" and "unimpressed"
I understand tat my exposure is free, and I clearly understand the hurtles of raw land sales and acquisition vs. homes, dwellings, and business properties. However, not everything is always the buyers fault as you seem to defensively counter.
The review and remarks I left are truthful and factual. I think you would take this feedback and use it to improve your site instead of arguing about it's hyped success by your own PR and advertising department.
Face it, with so many sites out there some are just not ready for prime time, and are only a legend in their mind....

Hi Ralph - Thank you for listing your property on Fizber.com and taking advantage of our FREE listing! We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to help you sell your property and save thousands!
It appears your listing which consists of the sale of a 1,250 acre Horse & Cattle Ranch in Hornbrook, CA has been listed on our website for 9 days. Every property and market is different and there are a number of factors that drives interest and inquiries from buyers. Typically, land takes a little longer to sell and with the property listed at $1.5MM that is also a price point that limits the buyer pool. Admittedly, the buyers that visit Fizber.com are looking for traditional homes and we do not have a strong demand of buyers looking to acquire land at this time. I would recommend adding more photos of the structures on the property and highlighting those as this will attract more buyer interest on our website.
We are happy to continue to help market your property for free or we can deactivate the listing for you if you do not wish to continue to get the free exposure on Fizber.com. Just let us know. We will also reach out to you directly to follow up on this.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in selling your property!

Do NOT accept unsolicited offers from Fizber
Within half an hour of skeptically accepting an offer from Fizber to list my (already-listed) home on "their" site, I had called back to express my concerns but had to leave a message. Their point-person had clearly been some college-age summer sales recruit, not a professional; and though he expressed in the initial pitch that he would be very responsive to any questions or concerns, once he had my info, he dropped me. I was extremely concerned, based on reviews of just such experiences, and called back within half an hour, as I said; but I was hoping that bad experiences were the exception, not the rule. I had already had a beautiful listing on Forsalebyowner, Zillow, Trulia, as well as Facebook and Craigslist. What I got from Fizber was a picture of some bushes along our side yard, and my address -- but none of my professional-level photos and marketing text. Which wouldn't bother me if it were only on "their" site, but it will apparently preempt and hijack my other feeds to Zillow, etc.
Whether or not their site and business are legitimate in other ways, their method of solicitation is misleading and unprofessional, to say the least. I would not recommend giving them any business, despite whatever they will say in response to this review. (Because they DO seem to have time to address negative reviews in great detail.) Date of my interactions with them is July 2016, so this is not an "old management" problem.

Hi Kristin –
We appreciate and respect your feedback. As we discussed on the phone with you this morning, we are located in Pacific Time Zone so your calls received from Eastern Time Zone came in after our regular business hours. However, your listing was created on 7/27/16 and we did call you first thing in the morning on 7/28 after receiving your messages in order to discuss your concerns and clear up some of the confusion you experienced.
For the benefit of others reviewing, we have sought to explain the points we spoke about with you today on the phone:
First, your Fizber listing was only posted on Fizber.com. We allow our users to decide whether or not they want their listing to be sent on to other websites. We offer this feature so sellers need to only to list on one website (Fizber.com) vs creating a listing on multiple platforms – we can take care of it for them. However, while this feature is free it is not automatically enabled at the time you create a listing…you have to manually enable and acknowledge that you would like this feature. Since you did not enable the syndication, your listing resided on Fizber only and did not replace or “hijack” any other listings you created.
Second, we sent you email confirmation when your listing was created and you since “disabled” your listing. When a listing is disabled on Fizber, your professional pictures and marketing text no longer appear (to protect your privacy and content). What appears currently is a default Google Street View image and your address – no other information. This is what you are seeing when you reference your listing showing “bushes along our side yard”. As mentioned above, this off-market listing is also just the default display on Fizber.com…it does not go to any other website.
We responded to you (by calling) within 24 hours of your listing being created on Fizber.com. We would have certainly liked to have spoken with you prior to clear up any confusion, however, the fact that we are on different time zones played a factor. We apologize that you felt like you were “dropped”. We value all customers, however, it can take up to 24 hours for us to get to all requests since we have over 50,000 listings across the U.S.
We do wish you the very best in selling your home!

Very Unprofessional
Highly disappointed with this service. I got a call to list my property on MLS, I agreed. I thought I'd be able to review the listing prior to it being listed on Fizber (never heard of that) and not MLS. The listing is wrong and I immediately text back to delete it - no answer. I finally get my email/login and I can disable the listing but not delete it. False advertising, no follow through and very unprofessional! I can't be bothered to look through the site but it seems to be a lot of "add-on" services that were NEVER communicated in the initial call. Legally they have absolutely no right to list my property (and incorrectly) on any sites - I did not sign anything. I want my information removed immediately!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that you had a poor experience. We apologize for the misunderstanding over the phone with our representative. We have taken action with that person regarding this matter.
Our customer support is available M-F 9 am - 5 pm (PDT). Unfortunately you contacted us outside of business hours and therefore received a delayed response to your text & email. The customer support team received your text & email yesterday (1/18/2016) morning PDT. They immediately removed & deleted all of your information. Then promptly responded to your text & email letting you know that this had been resolved.
Our site does offer many listing options to help all of our sellers. We pride ourselves on having a host of services for sellers available if and when they need them. Our free listing is completely free and would never incur any charges. There is no obligation to purchase anything on our website but we would be underserving our customers if we didn't have additional tools and options to help them in their home sale.
Once again we apologize for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience this caused you. If you would like to talk to someone directly about your experience please feel free to contact us at 888-381-2201
We wish you success as you move forward marketing your home!
All Our Best!
