Company would send jobs to my husband promise travel fees, not pay. 2 hour job down and 2 hour drive back no pay only promise 15 bucks but wouldn't pay. Company set up a bid for ac remove then install another. 3 and a half hours to remove the ac due to calking bout 7 layer,paint about 4 layers screwed in boards. This was semi permanent to remove supposed to get 250 for job again with 25 travel fee. 2 hours down and 2 hours back. That day they bout ac that didn't fit windows. Had to come back next day. 2 hours each way. Promised extra fee to go back. Received $25 for everything never fixed the original pay or travel fees. Another lady they sent me too, quoted 175 I'd get half. Put up a swingset in yard for little girl. Bring helper. 3 days 260 parts 1060 screws later 50 for 1st day to pay helper, 45 dollars food and drink, 100 degree weather and 17 hours it was done. Made no money on that at all. Heat stroke 🥵. Another lady begged me take job. Promises, promises. Uninstall ac. No promise to install one. Get there no Uninstall it's install 250lb ac ummm need helper for this windows to install had plants u need boots for not tennis shoes. Cut all to bits. Put big floor fan on wall with one screw woman said hour half later they took it away, paid nothing. Lady with supposed to install hood vent. Get there assembled it, measured it did everything but screw it in to the wall. Told they my titanium bit just dances need to purchase a hollow diamond bit come back tomorrow. They pulled job from me paid another tech to put in literally 2 screws my 2 hours and work 0. Never seen such misinformed disorganized money hungry don't care about there decks people. They don't know about the 1099 laws nor do they care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR SKILLS OR TIME. Anyone who has worked with them who wants to join a lawsuit can call me. Got an attorney. Katie 704 658-7478

Terrible experience made an appointment 📅 online for 8/6/24 for 9-11AM then I started to receive text messages from the company stating they have to check availability then proceed to tell me they can come tomorrow 8/7th between 2-4pm, I stated no need someone 8/6th and why the online system allow me to pick a time of 9-11am if that time isn't available, stated it's the tech timeframe then ℹ confirm the appointment for 8/7th @2-4pm timeframe the technician never showed up between that time he did call me @5:41pm and stated he is stuck in traffic from Chicago if we can do early morning I said no need the equipment fix 8/7 he said he will come but it will be late I said that's fine then I get a call from the office @6:13pm stating he is very late showed a picture screenshot of a white van 🚐 in traffic but he will be coming late I replied ok that is fine.. No call No show, not even a call first thing in the morning apologizing for the inconvenience nothing maybe offer something early morning 8/8 nothing.. I guess this is how the company does business if it's a real business could be a scam

The could not do the job they said they could do. They had a hundred excuses and gave me the run around.

I hired Fixtman to assemble my outdoor table and chairs. The online booking clearly said what was included and trash was listed. Then a separate section said what was not included. The people who put together the table were excellent however they were not told they needed to take the trash so they were unable/unprepared to take the trash. Now I'm being told trash was never included. They were here 15 minutes for $389.00. I would look for another service.

They offered me a discount then told me that they couldn’t honor the discount because they have a minimum price to send out a tech and it would take it below that threshold. Seems like shady business to me.

I had an unpleasant experience with this company a couple of months ago. I needed an adult tricycle to be installed and unfortunately, the tech abandoned the job. On top of that, he told the dispatcher that there were nuts and bolts missing when in fact there were not and the dispatcher was rude to me and accused me of not having items prepared for the job when there was nothing missing in the first place! Completely rude people. The tech was an I.M.B.E.C.I.L.E who was too intimidated to set up an adult electric tricycle and made excuses not to do it. There's a reason they get mostly bad reviews. I question the good reviews to be honest. They also had the idea to suggest a different technician to come out and complete the job as if I'm going to say yes to that. Very unprofessional company. They do not understand customer service. Worst of all, I don't think that tech was fired from walking away from the job.

The rep didn’t even install it completely and just left. I completed the work myself. When asked how the service was I gave it a one and let them know why. Customer service called me the next day to give me a big F U. They would have been fine just letting me be. Not sure how to respond to your offer. But when you’re manager called to tell me off that was the opportunity.

The customer service reps who handle booking for this company appear to be based at a call center in the Philippines. We tried to hire them to install a pergola on our deck, but they rescheduled on us twice before we decided to cancel. Both times, we were expecting someone to come at 8am, then got a call from their call center telling us the technician would come between 5pm and 7pm instead. This pergola would have taken a minimum of 6 hours to install. We've got two young kids and lots of neighbors, so a late-night construction project makes zero sense. Communication was stilted and often didn't make sense - probably because it was coming from a bunch of different people on the other side of the world. I really recommend you go with someone local instead of this company -- check out horror stories on TrustPilot that talk about them sending "technicians" who don't have any experience in the work they've been hired to do.
