They drink on the job. They wrecked A brand new gazebo. They are not Willing to replace, It is beyond repair

This place is awful. They use independent contractors they know nothing about. We’ve had the absolute worst experience. We’ve had to finish and hire some out ourselves. The gazebos were mounted 5” away from the house. We now have holes and cut off anchors bolts in our brand new concrete. They left due to rain and left everything including tools all behind. We picked up trash let behind blowing around the yard. We let them use / borrow our tools and equipment. Definitely you could hire to tv mount of them like my own kid can. But anything else….. Don’t even consider them. And also! We were told a new crew would come finish… Same crew came… and still did terrible awful work… extra parts ( which we installed ) wrongly anchored ( bought our own and had anchored correctly ) concrete holes ( had repaired ourselves in a new concrete pad. We picked up nuts and bolts and screws all over the yard. When we went back to tighten the screws and bolts they had not, we find them mostly stripped out and unable to tighten. For every person Ive spoken with on the phone ( maybe 5-6 different people ) who said trust me I understand, don’t worry, it will be all taken care of. Was a lie. They know not just like their handymen, and they surely don’t understand. Best part is….. They offered me a 5% discount. For all the issues. And when I get on the website there’s a 10% discount for new user. We had a birthday and graduation party the day after they left and have about 20+ adults, knowledgeable who saw the quality work they did. Total JOKE!!! And the date of the experience was more than 3 days. Some whatever it says down there 👇🏼is auto fill but the company.

We found this company through Angie list. We put in that we needed above ground pool installed. They contacted us this company. The first guy that came out. Took six hours for a two hour job. The pool was uneven higher on one side by 6 inches than the other. He never leveled the ground properly so we complain and they send out two other guys who didn’t level the pool either properly one of the pipes is hanging out that go around the top of the pool they never put the bricks underneath. The U stands that were recommended by the pool company to do. They never asked us to see an instruction manual or anything come to find out when you look up this company pool installation is not listed as the things they do they hang TVs on walls.we paid over $400 for a job that was not done and you literally cannot get through to corporate or somebody higher than just someone that answers phones. I can’t tell you enough to not use this company. It looks like the ratings are all AI generated because when you really research, they have terrible ratings. Terrible. Their websites are fake. They are fake company. Don’t use them.

Hard to get ahold of. 2pm-4pm window today, they tried to move it to 6pm-8pm because the tech couldn’t find my house but the tech never called. We only got to speak with their outsourced dispatcher. I canceled because every call felt like a game of telephone to talk to someone who knew anything.

Didn’t show up to do the job then denied we had an appointment! Then said they’d pay me if I changed my original review but then they just ignored me after I did definitely wouldn’t recommend. Most of these reviews are probably fake

Horrible experience—stay away from this company. I provided all the specifications for a large job, including: • 12 rods • 1 large mirror • 1 TV mounting I even included the weight details to ensure they sent someone qualified. The first person they sent was an older gentleman who was unprofessional and unable to handle the job. The second time, they sent a man and his niece, who took three days to complete the work and caused significant property damage. The niece, who was clearly not qualified, struggled to hold the mirror and almost dropped it on my husband while he and my mom stepped in to help. Instead of assisting, she just stood there watching. They worked sloppily, dropped tools on my engineered wood floors, and generally lacked the skill to do the job properly. When I disputed the charge with Fixttman, they threatened to come after me for the money, despite the fact that I needed to hire drywallers and painters to repair the damage they caused. One subcontractor even threatened to enter my home with three men, forcing me to call the police. On top of that, a Fixttman agent also threatened me. This company operates fraudulently, hires unprofessional workers, and offshores their customer service calls to agents who falsely represent the company as legitimate. In reality, it’s just someone in Texas hiring unqualified workers and overcharging customers. They also tack on hidden fees, despite their workers being unprofessional and unskilled. Avoid this company at all costs, especially Justin from Nix Constructions. -responding to the owner who also threatened me, -the crew smelled strongly of marujana. -the had changes, because the put the rod in the second room without asking which height, just assumed it was the first room height. -secondly had no level so their work was never was straight (admittedly, some ceiling was not leveled) but if he's an expert he would know how to adjust accordingly. everytime I would come into the room the brackets are not straight. they still are not! -the drywall patch that they did was using gun caulk, not sanded and a joke. please this company is a fraud do not use them -even the police when they came to see the work when I called them after the threats I received from both justin AND THE COMPANY said that work is pretty bad. -i paid justin full price for the artwork, I asked him to hang via zelle. no one is running away from payment, but you do not under any circumstances pay for bad work. -if this company was legit, they would acknowledge the bad work, instead asking for payment -technician spent 3 days because he had an untrained niece with him -Justin, the subcontractor started threatening me calling me "interior designer my a$$" even though that is my profession and the home is for clients arriving friday into their home. -the owner with an accent claimed he's a lawyer and also threatened me. -this will be a civil matter taken to dispute these people are not anyone you should ever work with. - and these people are not to be trusted

This was suppose to be an easy soundbar connection. This provider managed to disconnect the previously working blu ray from the soundbar and then repeatedly refused to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee and reconnect all proper connections. I knew more than the 'technician' they sent out. Thankfully, this was not a medical operation or I would be on life support!!! The phone call after the botched connection resulted in the tech yelling down the phone at me that he was NOT there for the blu ray, ONLY FOR THE SOUNDBAR!!! The following texts are what he sent sent after yelling down the phone at me: I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE BLU RAY. I PAID NO ATTENTION TO IT. THAT'S NOT WHY I WAS THERE. I'M LAYING IN BED TRYING TO NAP. IF THERE'S AN HDMI COMING OUT OF THE BLU RAY, PLUG IT INTO THE HDMI PORT ON THE TV. That was the level of service I received. I cannot recommend these fly-by-night cowboys. I suggest that NO ONE should allow FixTman to provide any type of service. You will be sorely disappointed by the breadth of their shoddy workmanship and the non-existence of their customer service!!! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS - - SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPARE THE HEADACHES!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

After vetting several technicians on Thumbtack for mounting two flatscreens, I chose Fixtman based on their 1,900+ five-star reviews. The experience was disastrous from start to finish. Despite the job requiring two technicians, only one was sent. While he was friendly, he mounted the flatscreens crooked and off-center, left exposed wiring, and departed before completing the work—something I didn't notice until after he left. That he had and left lingering body odor was insult to injury. My attempts to resolve the situation with Fixtman were frustrating. I was passed between multiple "quality service representatives," faced overbilling attempts, and despite promises to send another professional, they stopped responding. The situation worsened when the technician obtained my personal number and harassed me for payment, threatening to visit until I paid. I sent him $200 to end the harassment. Thumbtack later reimbursed me, and when Fixtman eventually reached out about sending another technician, I declined further service. After closely examining reviews on Thumbtack and other platforms, I discovered this was a pattern with Fixtman and their technicians. Lesson learned: regardless of the number of positive reviews, always scrutinize negative and recent feedback!
