Couldn't ask for better, faster assistance!

I update our website myself. I have to make major updates 8 x's a year. So I know my way around pretty well. However, this last time something went wrong and the whole site went crasy at an important time period. I couldn't figure out what I did wrong. My regular got on it but couldn't dedicate full tme to it as he had other problems to deal with. I tried Fixrunner and for $150 fixed what I would gladly have paid much more for. They were on it right away and I was back up in 4 hours. Fantastic.
