Avoid, ordered over 4 months ago and nothing arrived. Customer service response times are shocking. Will be pursuing a chargeback.

Do not order from this company! Their customer service is awful. My order never arrived. They keep saying it's in transit and gave me a date that if I don't receive it by then they can offer a tiny refund. That date has come and gone!

Have now been waiting weeks for a simple wall anchor product. Keep pressing them for delivery with no success . Unable to track the item due to the verification system not allowing it. Have just read the Trustpilot review (3 weeks too late) and realise this is one of “those Chinese companies!!!) I’ve only myself to blame! WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

It took a very long time to say delivered and when I checked tracking, they sent it to the wrong town. I contacted them and they said it's my responsibility to send the correct address and I showed them the address on my order was correct.

My fault for not checking it’s a Chinese company, ordered drill tap set and they as well been made of chocolate, absolute rubbish, stay clear of this company.

Very dissappointed with the sevrice. I have bought an item from this company and once paid i have emailed them to see where the shipping is at and i was adbised that it will be shipped in the next 2 weeks. This is rediculous and something like this should be mentioned on their website. I looked around everywhere for shippping information before buying but couldnt find any as such i thought that they will give an estimated delivery time when checking out which didnt happend. Absolutely dispointed and would not recommend anyone to purchase off this website.

SCAM ALERT. Bought Viper drywall anchors that never arrived...and used bogus JS Express tracking number. Only $13.96 BUT this is how these scammers make millions. Small charges they hope no one disputes! Hoping PayPal resolves this. I'm never buying anything off an Instagram ad again!!
