They allowed an incompetent courier to dispose of my purchase and refuse yo help.

Bought two clamp adapters for my clamps supposed to be Universal but will not fit I text them they ask for pictures I sent them pictures it took almost a week and a half for them to respond back when they finally did respond they offered me 25% back customer service for this company is terrible would not recommend them

Do not buy from fixion tools. I had the similar experience as previous reviewer. The flame torch they sent was utter rubbish. It was a scam. They then offered me a refund which never eventuated. They then offered me a 30% refund after having said they would refund the whole amount. SCAM ARTISTS. I will delete this review if they ever refund me, which I doubt.

I ordered the set of 2 corner clamps, only one arrived. No response from the company after 2 inquiries. I wish I'd checked them out here before I ordered.

I ordered some clamp attachments. It took over a week before it was "shipped" and then after a month it started bouncing between various USPS distribution centers. Reaching out to them got me no response or answers. The package has still not arrived after 7 weeks. Can't get a refund, can't get my product, can't even get a USPS tracking number.

I ordered toilet seat fasteners. It took weeks for tracking to show the product has arrived in the US. Then today Shop indicated the product was out for delivery. I tracked the product on a different tracking site and it shows the product was “delivered” on August 1. At this point if I could get a refund that would be nice I don’t expect one.

I never received the item. They do not refund your money for lost items. They use a carrier called JS Express that is out of China.

I never received my order, and when I emailed them they keep saying it in Bowling Green Kentucky . It’s been there for two months now supposedly. I lost my money, and they are in China. Don’t buy from them. They are a scam.
