I have bought batteries for my cell phone from Fixez and other sources. First, on buying a genuine OEM brand battery, I got 2 years from the replacement battery before it was not holding a charge well (about what I got with phone when I purchased it). On my first purchase from Fixez, the first replacement battery was not OEM brand, and it only lasted about a year. When that was not holding well, I replaced that through another battery purchased through Fixez. This one was so bad, it would not accept enough of a charge to even power up the phone even though it was on a charger for 24 hours. Yes, I understand Fixez has a warranty, but you have to pay the return shipping which makes it uneconomical to replace a $10 battery.

Bought a battery for my Apple Watch series 1 so I could give to my daughter. Worked fine just doesn’t hold a charge. I ordered the first battery and was doa. Was marked mfg 10/15. So sat for 5 years without charge and went flat. Which lithium batteries are bad when they go flat. Or they gave me a used batter from a watch which I suspect is the issue. They used alcohol to wipe off the apple text. They exchanged it and this one has a broken ribbon cable so completely useless. They list it as brand new but yet this battery was made 6/2016. These are not new products they are pulled from devices they buy in lots and harvest parts from. Buyer beware. I’ve already wasted $10 in gas running across town picking up the first one and exchanging for the second. Just going to throw this away and eat the money. Fraud and scam!

Just bought a Pixel 3A screen there. The screen has less resolution than the OEM and becomes unresponsive after a couple minutes of prolonged usage. This is probably yet another drop-shipping company selling chinese knock-offs at a premium. Avoid.

I have been waiting over 30 days for my package from fixez and its ”still in transit”... I have been in contact with their customer service a several times bow and their responds is like talking to a bot.. i asked for compensation/refund or if they could send a new product since the package must be lost but they keep giving me the finger... Fixez are real scammers... over and out

Purchased an $11 google pixel 4xl battery. The wire that connects the battery to the phone's internal board, simply snapped/broke upon install. The part is defective as this should not happen when handling carefully as I've done numerous times. I used to repair mobile phone's professionally. I sent a picture and Fixez response rather than just refund an $11 item or send out another, is to give me work, by filing out a shipping label and return form and to add insult to injury, ask me to pay to return their defective part, which will cost roughly half what I paid for it to begin with. This is a foolish procedure on Fixez part, I've done nothing incorrect and inconveniencing me further rather than just taking care of the problem is just ridiculous and seems to be a common issue if you read any reviews about Fixez online. Won't be buying anything from this company again.

The way they response to their customer is so careless, the replacement screen has a crack and I want to ask replacement and do an upgrade if possible, They are so confidence that all parts are tested and inspected before they are shipped and will not accept any physical damaged parts event if it is defective, So in other way, is that mean that they will not responsible for anything after they shipped your product regardless anything (I am in the business too, somehow we make error too). Ooo OK I got it. So it is depend on your luck guys ... Btw I bought from them before and have no problem so I was lucky at that time but this time I was not lucky enough I guess...

Very disgusting customer service. I ordered twice, never again. They will never send you an invoice to your e-mail. So you will never have any proof you bought something or what you bought from there unless you pay with PayPal. Only way I got any info from Fixez.com was through opening a complaint in PayPal. Thats the only way I even got a tracking number so I could contact the shipping company to start dealing with import fees. I am just disappointed with the customer service I received, cause rather than helping me, the companys "support people" tried to blame me (said that i would rather open a complaint than pay import fees - thats not true, cause i cant pay import fees when i dont even have the tracking number). Only buy if you want their customer "support" to blame you for their incompetence.

The package they sent me was defective, then told me that when I send it back they will give me a refund. They received it, and said that it was damaged in transit, and that there will be no further actions. So I’m not out $150
