No shipping information, no product received after 3 months
I was charged for the product but never received any shipping info. I reached out after a month. They got back to me, two weeks after, telling me that they were a small team, and that my order would be processed soon. Nothing happened. I wrote them again, telling them I wanted my order or a refund. A similar message was send about a week after. Nothing happened. I wrote them again asking for an update or a refund, no answer. I would not recommend them and I highly suspect scam.

So sorry that it had to resort to this. We are in fact a small team, but trying to make the process much better. We know the communication has been horrible, but we've now integrated an internal Slack and additional tools to make the process much easier. We are also working on a Discord for customers to voice their issues to make it a more dynamic back and forth. Let us know if you still need help.
