Platinum Plus Services exceeded my expectations. They recovered data from my broken hard drive, helped me find a good deal on a replacement, then got everything back to me in a timely manner, all while being professional and maintaining a high level of security regarding all my data, and at an affordable price. Terrific value. Hopefully, I'll never need this service, again. But, if I ever do, I'll be calling Platinum Plus Services. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

The threat of losing all of your data is a really stressful time! That's why I am really glad I went to platinum plus. Not only were they friendly and understanding, they actually recovered some important data for me on a far too gone drive. I will forever be grateful!

Amazing service and patience! I was so indecisive and the patience of the staff and helpfulness was amazing. Def my go to person for computer/laptop issues.
