The services were provided in a very professional manner. The staff is very courteous.

Being my first booking, my learning curve was slow with lots of questions. Jack was very helpful/patient with helping through all the steps. Also quick with returning calls or messages and providing clear information.

Elijah was very good. I appreciate his helpfulness. It was a bit confusing when I got several calls from different ones, Henri, and another lady regarding the same request and it might have been my error. I was a bit thrown off that my agent is tipped according to service, as that has never been an option. I appreciate a heads up regarding that, but he was worth the tip. I completed my booking and hopefully everything will be set for smooth traveling.

From comparing and trying to use all the 3 business class agencies I found online, Business Class and Go Fly First, I think they are the best ones so far. Their price is really good and they put a lot of thought into curating the flight to match my needs. Despite many changes, my agent, Lex Collins is very understanding and nice about everything. They do have one weird aspect about the trip protection plan thought. Although I don't have any strong opinion on them and insurance is always good for these high amounts of money, I still feel a slightly bit uneasy being asked many times and put my request on hold before issuing the ticket because of this trip protection thing. I still highly recommend their services as I can guarantee other agencies are way more pushier and not do much to match your needs, especially if you do your research and know what you want. Would use their services again 4.4/5

I can only give you my opinion after my flight. Purchasing the ticket was a different experience. I'm not accustomed to tipping someone who just sold me a ticket and since i have not experienced my flight i can not give gratuity until i have completed my journey.
