This is my first time using their service. I have always used the airline website services directly, and I must say Elijah my travel expert has been exceptional. My ticket was booked with no fuss, exemptional value for money. Elijah responded to my emails within minutes if not seconds. I truely felt like I was being catered for personally. 5 star service indeed. PS. I thought using third party services was a thing of the past but I beg to differ now.

James my travel advisor is amazing
James my travel advisor is amazing. He was recommended to me by another happy customer. He over extended himself to get me a great deal for my son. I will be recommending James to other friends. In a time where the use of a travel agent seems gone, having someone like James fill this role, makes the whole experience extremely satisfying.

Thank you Jack
When I started drowning with numerous searches of a good flight itinerary for my planned journey this summer, I was lucky enough to step on the path which led me to fivestars, especially to our profesional consultant Jack Starling! His voice made me believe that I am in good hands which will be able to guide me through this mess. Very responsive at any time of a day, as understood he was always available off office hours for my silly questions. PS: sorry Jack, you’re fantastic! Adjusted the flights to perfection and moreover, saved me a very good amount while keeping my journey in comfort of the business class. Jack, you’re not getting rid of us, my friends already have your number saved and I’ll get back to you with when booking our trip to Tokyo!!!
