I paid for one month and then turned off auto-renew. After two months, I was charged again without my consent. When I tried to get a refund, it took them two days just to respond and send me the link to the refund page. I submitted the request, but after seven days without any response, they simply closed my ticket. I didn’t receive anything — no refund, no compensation — they just charged me without my permission.

ordered 30 days first 2-3 weeks i tried getting it to work because the support is INCREDIBLY slow and terrible (which they don’t, graphic mods DO NOT WORK) also i have been „scammed“ i requested multiple refunds and all tickets have been closed (i got proof tickets dont auto-close, they just scam and false advertise) i guess their waiting out for my key to expire to not refund anymore 🤣 PLS EVERYONE DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH

Hey! Our support team (and plenty of other players in the community) already confirmed that the mods are working as intended. If you weren't able to set them up properly, that's on your end, not because they're "broken." Thousands of players use them every day without issue. Next time, we'd recommend actually following the setup instructions instead of blaming the mods themselves.

Je voulais installer un mod tranquille, sans lâcher un billet pour juste avoir un jeu plus joli. Je tombe sur leur site, j'me dis vas-y un peu bizarre mais c'est joli donc on va try. Je télécharge leur .exe, je le lance après un scan virustotal clean et quelle surprise ! on me demande mon compte discord :) J'en crée un pour l'occasion, me log et en perds l'accès aussi tôt. Ne vous connectez pas et dans la mesure du possible évitez de télécharger leur exe

After a recommendation from a FiveM server I play on, I thought I'd give it a try. However, don't waste your time or efforts trying to make an application that is supposed to run 'seamlessly'. After realising it got stuck on 'App is loading', I wasted no time troubleshooting myself by reinstalling this application, FiveM, and GTA 5 twice, as well as restarting in between. When I realised this didn't resolve the issue, I asked for assistance from them on their Discord. They told me 'use VPN' and then closed the ticket. I did, but it still didn't work. While they say they 'changed their ticketing processes', they quite clearly didn't and have no interest in helping you resolve your issues. Don't waste your time or money on this trashy app with trashy support.

A fuir et vite ... 1 paiement réaliser deux abonnement débiter , une galère phénoménal ... je vous le dit désinstaller cette daube de votre PC , cela modifie vos fichier Jeux , mod ect et verrouille tout sauf que ca vous fait des fichier corrompu ... EVITER CETTE APPLI pour info j'ai depuis le 12 cette galère on et le 19 ces toujours pas réglé ...

Hello, this is my personal experience and review of Fivemods. Here we go: It locked me out of my game files and I’m unable to mod the game anymore since openiv says it doesn’t have access to a certain path anymore, altered certain files that I can’t see, deleted a custom ENB preset I made over months for a custom graphics mod I was working on and I didn’t backup the files to the ENB yet because I didn’t expect it to literally delete it, they charge you money for files you can find for free on so many sites and resell existent mods that are free. That’s it so it was unfortunately a very bad experience for me.
